Bi-Lingual Spanish Lead Clinician

The children in our residential program are in the U.S. as unaccompanied minors. Many have fled dangerous and violent situations in their own home countries. Many of our unaccompanied minors have suffered devastating loss through trauma, violence, abandonment, poverty, substance abuses, or abuse.

We seek an experienced Lead Clinician to oversee and supervise clinical staff providing the direct service. The ideal candidate will possess an LCSW with 2+ years direct service experience with children and teens or an LMSW with 2+ years of direct service experience AND 1+ year of supervisory experience. Other duties include review of clinicians’ notes, recommendations of treatment plans, monitor and maintain compliance with ORR guidelines, utilize TARS (Treatment Authorization Requests) to secure approvals for outside services when needed.

Most of our children speak little or no English, in order to provide seamless services, therefore fluency in Spanish and English is required.
