EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field. Must maintain a valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1-3 years of child welfare experience, required, knowledge of human behavior, adolescent development, educational systems, occupational information, employment markets and opportunities.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Youth Development Caseworker is the school and agency liaison that coordinates community service projects, oversees the Student Youth Council and the publication of the Student School Newsletter, coordinates and implements school to work initiatives, and assists with program development within existing programs to meet the changing needs of populations being referred and /or identifies needs of the referral source.
